November 3, 2008 -- Check out the replay of the
Q&A with me that was hosted by Connecticut News Times reporter
Eugene Driscoll.
November 2, 2008 -- Yesterday we went to
Flushing, Queens to celebrate
Blood Moon
Rising's Blood Fest 5 at the Flushing Public Library of all
places. The library has a 284 seat movie theatre complete with stage
on its lower level with a surprisingly decent projector.
The Black Rose Killer was on hand scaring the audience during Fade to
Black's (from The Tenement) climax chase sequence.
Afterwards, we went up on stage for a Q&A session hosted by magazine editor,
Al Vermette.
Little did I know that
David Aaron was there with his band, Shinobi Ninja.
David did the opening song for
No Trespassing 2: No Exit and has tracks in the forthcoming
movies Sins of the Father and Fairview Falls. It was
very cool to finally meet him.
Blood Fest 5 was a lot of fun. It inspired me now to get my ass in gear
to finish up on my projects and book future showings of the new movies.
