Now
you can own the version of Fear of the Dark that the Putnam County
Film and Video Festival (Merit Award for "Storytelling in a Narrative
Feature") said was "too intense and too shockingly realistic" and almost banned
from the festival. This is the version featuring the infamous
disembowelment and gerbil smashing scenes. With coverage in
Fangoria magazine, the New York Times, and Cinescape online, this is a must see
movie.
Follow Alice as
she spirals into insanity. Twenty years ago it began with the killing
rampage of the Black Rose Killer. No one could stop him. After
having barely escaped his clutches, Alice spent the next twenty years moving
from foster home to foster home and in and out of psychiatric institutions.
Now, one week before the twentieth anniversary of her parents murder, the
killing spree begins again. Alice believes that the killer is coming back
for her. She sees him even when she's not asleep. Has he come back
for her or is it all in her mind? Find out the chilling answer in Fear
of the Dark. Sleep with the lights on or you'll never sleep again!
Logan
DeSisto, FANGORIA.COM
"The movie gets
the star treatment this time around. Everything is superior in this
version, from the opening sequence to the credits. The special FX are what
truly make this film worth watching. It is an all-around entertaining
experience." - Fangoria

goes into the bizarre territory of necrophilia.”
