                prosthetic, various “transformation” prosthetics, latex pull over “demon” gloves &
                severed arms, bladder effects, smoke gags, full scale burnt skeletons, pull over latex
                zombie mask and simulated wounds using “out of the kit” methods

11/03   NIGHTMARE

                polyfoam severed arms & hands, “cut-out” knife gags and using many forms of make-up
